Residential Training

Residential Training is an excellent way to address complex behavior modification or kickstart training with a new puppy/rescue dog. It's also perfect for those struggling to balance training with a busy lifestyle. During the stay, your dog will be treated as one of our own and exposed to everyday life with our family's full support. We work on general obedience within the home and real-life scenarios, tailored to your dog's needs. After the stay, you'll have a structure that suits your lifestyle and your needs, as well as the skills support for long-lasting success*!

*As with 1-2-1 sessions it is imperative that you follow the continued  training plan once your dog is at home to ensure bad habits and behaviours do not creep back in.

Drop Off Handover

In this handover session, we will explore the behaviours that you are finding challenging and will discuss in depth your desired outcome whilst managing expectations. From this, we will create a customised training program to help you achieve your goals.

Play and Engagement

The start of life with thek9pack will be heavily focused on engagement and relationship through play and during feeding times. This will allow a greater response and willingness to work from your dog once we start putting them through their training programme in more stressful environments

Tailored Training Programme

Your dog's stay with us will involve a gradual introduction to a new routine and behaviours that we require. We aim to increase the level of difficulty gradually, without putting too much stress on your dog, while ensuring they learn how to deal with everyday scenarios that they may have previously struggled with.

Collection Handover

At your dogs collection, we will discuss the importance of maintaining your dog's routine and training whilst at home. That's why we provide a detailed description of your dog's activities while with us, along with a plan to help you continue these behaviors at home. Our goal is to ensure lasting rewards for both you and your beloved pet.

Follow Up Sessions

After your residential stay, we will discuss follow-up sessions (not included in all stays, see pricing below for info) to ensure that yourself and dog have settled into your new home and training routine. We will make any adjustments that would greater increase the chance of success.
